MICHIGAN FLAVOR BAN We are accepting and shipping orders to Michigan until further notice. Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens blocked Michigan flavor ban. Cited evidence that adults may revert to using even more harmful tobacco products. Argued states delayed implementation undercut argument that an actual health emergency was what prompted flavor ban. “This is not a final order and it neither resolves the last pending claim nor closes the case.” WASHINGTON FLAVOR BAN We will accept and ship orders to Washington, beginning on 2/8/2020. The Washington flavor ban is expiring on 2/8/2020. We will accept orders from Washington pending future legislation. OREGON VAPE BAN We are accepting and shipping orders to Oregon until further notice. Appellate Court placed a temporary stay on flavor ban. The Oregon Court of Appeals ruling applies only to tobacco-based vaping products. It leaves the ban in place on marijuana vaping products regulated by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. UTAH FLAVOR BAN We are accepting orders to Utah until further notice District Court Judge Keith Kelly overturned Utah’s emergency rule to ban flavored vaping products. The rules imposed by the Utah Department of Health are no longer in effect while the lawsuit continues. This is not a permanent decision. MONTANA FLAVOR BAN The Montana Flavor Ban was lifted on 4/15/2020.

Flair Infinity starter kit comes with 12 months limited warranty purchased from www.flairvapor.com or through the authorized flair product retailer from date of purchase It is not transferable to next or following Flair Vapor only warrants the product that has material and technical defects under normal use. After validation of claim, Flair Vapor either repair the defects or replaces the starter kit with the new one. Flair Infinity pods and flair Vapor cartridges, Disposable kit and Rechargeable kit are not covered by any warranty. Damage caused by accident like exposure to water, extreme temperature, and humidity, moisture, fire, etc. to the product are not covered by this warranty Damage like scratches, tear, misuse, abuse, dents or any broken part of the product or any alteration of starter kit in terms of external, internal or any modifications to functionality and appearance lead to not cover the warranty Tempering with starter kit or device in terms of opening, disassembling and modifying anyways will void this warranty. Flair Select Inc. has the right to make any changes to terms of limited warranty without prior notifications.

In order to claim the warranty, purchaser must provide the proof of purchase. On the basis of warranty validity can be confirmed. Before claiming the warranty, please carefully read the warranty terms and conditions. Please provide as much as details of problem or issue occurred with the device to direct us and resolve your issues on time. Flair Infinity starter kit must be returned to Flair Vapor service facility in order to get a replacement after approval of warranty. Shipping and handling cost of the defective product to Flair Vapor service facility is not covered under the limited warranty. In order to maintain the quality standard of the flair products, Flair Select Inc. advises the consumer to be cautious while purchasing the product from unauthorized outlet or retailers. Flair Select Inc. is not able to assist any kind of dispute in terms of refund, return or services related to counterfeit flair product. Warranty claims will be dishonored as a result of counterfeit device or product

What is a Rechargeable Kit? It is a good way to start in order to take back your freedom and a strong alternative to traditional smoke. Rechargeable kit includes a rechargeable battery, prefilled cartridge (Menthol/Tobacco) and USB charger. When does the rechargeable device need to charge?
